Q: What are the available payment options when making a purchase ?
A: Worood offers you the flexibility to select your preferred payment method. We accept Card payments, PayPal, ShopPay for total amount payments.

For more convenience to our dear customers, we also offer installment options like AfterPay & PayPal (Pay in 4)

 

Q: How long does it take to receive my order ?
A: Expect your order to arrive within 3-7 Working Days through DHL worldwide shipping (Excluding weekends & Holidays in the Destination Country)

Our hardworking team invests a great effort to meet these delivery timelines. However, we kindly ask for your understanding during periods of restocks and new product launches when we experience high volumes of orders that might result in slight delays in delivery timeframes.

 

 

Q: What will I find in my Worood package ?
A: Normally , your order's items are packaged in a box that holds up to two scarves. However, if you would like each item to be boxed separately or wrapped as a gift, we welcome your special requests and we kindly ask you to leave a note during the checkout process.

 

Q: What is Worood's Return & Exchange Policy ?
A:

  1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

    • Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
    • Due to hygiene reasons, certain items (such as hijab pins, undercaps, and other accessories) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.
  2. Process:

    • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service Team at [customer.support@woroodglobal.com] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
    • Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Refunds:

    • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  4. Exchanges:

    • If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the new item(s) you would like to receive.
    • We will ship the exchanged item(s) to you once we receive and inspect the original item(s).
    • If the desired exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
