Returns & Exchanges

  1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

    • Items must be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the date of purchase.
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
    • Due to hygiene reasons, certain items (such as hijab pins, under caps, and other accessories) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.
  2. Process:

    • Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).

International Returns & Exchanges

  1. International Returns:

    • Items must be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the date of purchase.
    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs (shipping Cost + home country return duties costs).
  2. International Exchanges:
    • Due to high shipping costs, international exchanges may not be feasible. We suggest returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
    • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for the new item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  1. Faulty/Defected Items:

    • We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
  2. Incorrect Items:

    • We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and cover the return shipping costs for the incorrect item.

International Duties Returns

If you wish to return an item, we do not refund international prepaid duties and taxes paid at the time of checkout for Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) orders or duties and taxes paid at the time of customs entry for Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU) orders. Contact your local customs office to obtain your tax refund. We do not offer exchanges for International orders at this time. Only a refund minus the shipping costs incurred at the time you placed your order.

Conditions Applicable

The guarantee does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper care, or regular wear and tear. In cases of defects from the specified reasons, the one-year guarantee will be declared void.

For this reason, we highly encourage you to follow the care instructions provided within the package.

Exchange and Refund Policy

Exchanges and refunds are unavailable for this product.

In the case of manufacturing defects, customers are entitled to a full refund or exchange. During the exchange or refund procedure, the customer must provide the original invoice of the order.

After receiving the order, our experts will assess whether the defect is applicable under the one-year guarantee policy. The quality control inspection can take up to 7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your purchase within 12 hours of your purchase. Otherwise, cancellations are not applicable.
