1. Shipping And Delivery

At WOROOD, we are committed to delivering your pieces with care, elegance, and efficiency. Each order is handled with precision to reflect the high standards and refined aesthetics of our brand.

1.1 Order Processing
• Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• During collection launches or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

1.2 Delivery & Tracking
• A signature may be required upon delivery.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• You can track your shipment via your WOROOD account or the courier’s website.
• WOROOD is not liable for shipments marked as delivered but lost or stolen after delivery.



2. Packaging

Each order is presented in WOROOD’s signature luxury packaging, thoughtfully designed for an exceptional unboxing experience.

2.1 Standard Packaging
• Every piece is delicately wrapped in parchment paper, placed in a branded box, and tied with a ribbon.

2.2 International Packaging & Extra Box Option
• For international shipments, all pieces are packaged in a single luxury box to help reduce shipping fees and minimize customs duties.
• If a customer requests an additional box, a $5 fee will be added to the shipping cost.
• Please note: requesting extra boxes may result in higher customs duties, depending on the regulations of the destination country.



3. Order Cancellation
• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been fulfilled.

4. Shipping Methods & Costs

4.1 Shipping Options
• Express Shipping: Delivery within 3 to 7 business days, depending on location.

4.2 Shipping Fees
• Rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
• Free shipping on orders above $190
• 50% off shipping on orders above $135



5. Customs & Duties
• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
• These charges are not included in product or shipping prices and may vary by country.



6. Refused Deliveries

If an order is refused and returned to us, the following will be deducted from the total refund:
• $20 original shipping
• $20 return shipping
• Any customs or import-related charges incurred



7. Return And Refund Policy

We hope you love your WOROOD pieces. Should you wish to return an item, our policy ensures a smooth and transparent process.

7.1 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the request must meet the following conditions:
• Submitted within 14 days of delivery
• Item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags must remain attached
• Item must be returned in the original WOROOD box

7.2 How to Request a Return

Please email customer.support@woroodglobal.com with the following:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Reason for the return

Once approved, return instructions will be sent.
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment after the returned item has been received and reviewed.

7.3 Return Shipping Fees

The following will be deducted from your refund:
• $20 original shipping
• $20 return shipping
• Any applicable customs or re-import fees



8. Defective Items

If your item arrives with a defect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

Email customer.support@woroodglobal.com with:
• Order number
• Clear photo(s) of the defect
• A brief description

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer either a refund or an exchange.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.



9. Important Notes
• WOROOD reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in our return policy.
• Items that are used, washed, damaged, or returned without their original packaging and tags will not be accepted.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
• For international orders, pieces are packaged in a single luxury box to reduce shipping and customs fees. If an additional box is requested, a $5 fee will apply, and customs duties may increase based on the destination country.
• If an order is refused at delivery, the original shipping cost, return shipping fee, and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund.
• WOROOD is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier but not received by the customer.
